Terms and Conditions of Sales


General

There is a $25.00 minimum order total. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. F.O.B. is Hellertown, Pa. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your total invoice. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Wale Environmental has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and Wale Apparatus is not responsible for any errors contained therein.

Payment Policy

 Standard terms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, & American Express credit cards. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards and your card will be billed only after the product has been shipped. Cashier’s checks, money orders, company checks and personal checks are also acceptable as means of payment. Contact our sales department for exact shipping charges for your prepaid order. These could be sent along with a printout of your order to:

 For cashier’s check and money order payments, orders will be released immediately on receipt of the payment document. For company and personal check payments, orders will be shipped only after funds are released from your financial institution. This could take up to 7 business days after our receipt of your payment document. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $30.00 fee charged to you. 

 Net thirty days terms from the date of the invoice can be set up. We require three trade references and one bank reference with account numbers, contact names and fax numbers. Contact Wale Environmental if you wish to receive a credit application. Any extension of credit allowed to the Buyer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

 C.O.D.’s are acceptable with money order’s or cashier’s checks only. COD’s returned to Wale Apparatus because the customer was not home or did not have the money, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge plus all shipping charges. If the customer contacts us and wants the package reshipped, we will waive the restocking charge, but the customer must pay for the extra shipping charge plus the old shipping charge. Customer’s can call UPS to hold the package for up to one week. After a second returned COD package the customer must either prepay or use credit cards for future orders.

Delivery Information


Wale Environmental will normally ship most orders within 2 business days after receipt of the order.
Please specify if you are in a rush or have any special shipping requirements. We will notify you before shipping any small backordered items. The customer can either add to the backorder, ship the small backorder or cancel the order. There will be no small order charge or cancellation charge. The customer is responsible for standard UPS shipping charges if you wish to proceed with the order.

Returns and Replacement Policy


If defective or incorrect merchandise is received because of an error by Wale Environmental, notify us within 3 days after receipt. Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product without additional shipping charges. We will authorize the return, and pay shipping charges both ways. All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which has to be obtained from our returns department prior to your returning the product. RMA numbers are valid for ten days only. Each order being returned will need a unique RMA number. Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted. 

Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product.

Damaged Shipments


Wale Environmental is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. If shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet. Then file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify us.

Sales Tax Information

 

If required by law, Wale Environmental will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
 If you are tax exempt, send us your form for us to keep on file.

International Orders


We accept all international orders. We prefer to ship via UPS, Menlo or Global EMS, but can ship with any of your preferred carriers. All custom, duties and taxes will be shipped collect and be paid by the Buyer. Contact Wale Environmental for payment terms and exact shipping charges.
